Affiliate disclosure
KeepLights earns money from paid links to Amazon. Here is how that works, in plain words.
As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.
What that means
KeepLights takes part in the Amazon Associates program. Some buttons on this site lead to Amazon. If you click one and then buy something there, Amazon may pay us a small part of the sale. That payment is called a commission.
It costs you nothing extra. You pay the same amount with or without our link.
Where the paid links are
A paid link is a link that can earn us a commission. On this site, every paid link is an amber button that says “See price on Amazon” or “See kits on Amazon”. Each button is marked “Paid link”, or has the sentence from the top of this page right beside it. That sentence is also at the bottom of every page.
Links to a maker’s page, to a law or to another source are not paid links. Nobody pays us for them.
Money does not choose our picks
- Commissions never decide which products we pick or how we describe them.
- Nobody can pay to be listed, to move up or to get kinder words.
- We choose by the method on How we test.
Free products
We do not accept free products in exchange for coverage. If a maker ever sends us a product, we will say so on that product’s page.
Prices and stock
We show no prices, on purpose. They change every day. The price of a product, and whether it is in stock, are shown only on Amazon, at the moment you look.
KeepLights and Amazon
KeepLights is an independent site. Amazon does not own, sponsor or endorse it. Amazon and the Amazon logo are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.
Ads
Paid links to Amazon are the only way this site earns money today. We show no ads. If we add ads later, this page and the Privacy page will say so.
