• A broken link. Tell us the page it is on.
• A state law that changed. Send the official source if you have it.
• Press. Questions about the site and how we work.
• Privacy. Requests about your information. Our Privacy page explains them.

What we cannot do

• Personal buying advice. We cannot choose a product for you by email. Find My Power and Compare are made for that.
• Orders and warranties. We sell nothing. For an order, a return or a warranty problem, contact Amazon or the maker.
• Emergencies. Do not email us. Call your power company, or 911.

When we answer

We answer when we can. We cannot promise a time. We use your message only to reply and to fix the site.
